PetSmart customers provide stuffed animals for young patients

Thank you to PetSmart and to customers who have so generously provided stuffed animals for the Comox Valley Hospital over the last few months.

A great word to reflect upon at this time of year and a fitting name for this cute little guy who will undoubtedly be cherished by a child who has to visit the hospital for care.

Stuffed animals provide a sense of comfort when children are anxious about being at the hospital. Healthcare staff are grateful they have them to offer in these circumstances.
