Saint Mary’s Health Foundation has generously donated close to $90,000 over the past 5 years to ensure quality care for seniors in the Comox Valley.

Heartfelt gratitude to Saint Mary’s Health Foundation for their generous gift to fund new wheelchairs and cushions that increase mobility and comfort for residents at The Views in Comox.

Meet Gail. Gail is a long-term care resident at The Views. She has set a goal to get back to walking after recovering from a fall. She is the first resident at The Views to be fitted into a new wheelchair that was generously funded by Saint Mary’s Health Foundation of New Westminster. Gail has shared that this new wheelchair and cushion are incredibly comfortable and allows her more independence when she chooses to enjoy social activities, shared meals, and outings.
